Our Plant works a 10-hour, four-day work week. With Fridays off, every weekend is a three-day weekend, which allows for more time for family and recreation while still working a 40-hour week.
RECO USA offers (10) paid holidays each year. These typically include Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Eligibility is immediate upon hiring.
Vacation time is established at the time of hire, and ranges up to (4) weeks of paid vacation per year. In addition, the Company provides (5) days of discretionary paid time off (PTO) per year to each employee.
The Company provides medical insurance, including prescription drug coverage, to all employees, with the Company paying for more than 70% of the cost of health coverage for its employees.
The Company also provides dental insurance for its employees. Employees contribute a portion of the premium for this, but for employees electing to only cover themselves (i.e., not spouses or dependents) this is provided at no cost to the employee.
Vision insurance is available to all eligible employees as well. Employees contribute a portion of the premium for vision insurance.
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance covering employees is available at no cost to the employee. Fixed benefits for employee spouses and children are also included. Employees can also purchase additional voluntary life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and children.
The Company provides Short Term Disability to all eligible employees at no cost to the employee. Coverage starts on the 8th day of disability at 50% of base pay for the next thirteen weeks of disability.
The employee has the option to purchase Long Term Disability Insurance. The benefit applies after 13 consecutive weeks of disability, and replaces 60% of base pay up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
We have a qualified 401(k) plan that employees can participate in after 6 months of employment. There is a 25% company match of your contribution up to 4% of your annual income. Employees can also roll an existing 401(k) into this plan within the first year. With our plan all funds, including company contributions, are 100% vested at the time of contribution.
In addition, the Company also offers a separate, discretionary contribution into the employee’s 401(k) plan up to 1.5% of your gross annual wages.
